At The Creative Easel Paint Club, we are committed to providing you with high-quality designs while maintaining the integrity of our intellectual property.

🔹 Ownership & Licensing
The Creative Easel retains full ownership of all designs but grants you a license to use them under specific terms. All images, videos, graphics, digital assets, digital images, best practices, and documentation remain the sole and exclusive property of The Creative Easel and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This license is non-transferable and applies only to active members of The Creative Easel Paint Club.

🔹 What’s Included in a Design
Designs provided through The Creative Easel Paint Club may include a combination of:
✅Images, videos, and graphics
✅Digital assets and painting templates
✅Best practices and instructional guides

These materials are provided to help you teach, instruct, and deliver painting events or parties with confidence. You are welcome to use the techniques and knowledge you gain from these designs for personal or commercial use without attribution to The Creative Easel Paint Club—just enjoy and create! 🎨✨

By being a member, you agree to honor these terms, ensuring a fair and protected creative environment for all. Thank you for being part of our artistic community!

​Designs

As an active member in good standing of The Creative Easel Paint Club, you are granted the following rights to use the designs provided in the club:

  • For personal use

  • To create and sell finished paintings

  • For in-person and online paint parties

  • To include in art kits

If you leave the membership, all rights to use the designs and materials are revoked.
 

Restrictions on Using Designs in Other Memberships

  • Designs may NOT be used in a way that allows others to sell them or in your own membership programs.
     

Reference Photos

You may use Creative Easel Paint Club images for marketing purposes under the following conditions:

  • All reference photos must include The Creative Easel Paint Club watermark or logo. This protects the exclusivity of the designs for paying members.

  • If you paint the design yourself, you may post a photo of your painting without the watermark. Adding your initials or signature to your artwork is encouraged.
     

Video Tutorials

  • Video tutorial links are for members only and may not be shared publicly or included in digital or physical art kits.

  • Members may record their own videos of the designs to share, provided they are unlisted or private and the member remains active in good standing.
     

Teaching Designs on Social Media

  • You may teach a small portion of a painting (such as a technique) on your public platforms but not the entire design.

  • Full designs may be taught only in private settings, such as in-person paint parties or private Facebook groups.
     

Step-by-Step Photo Instructions

  • You may include a printed copy of step-by-step photo instructions if creating kits for others.

Your satisfaction with our Facebook Page, Website, and Content is our priority. However, due to the significant time, effort, and care that go into creating and providing these services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Unless otherwise required by law, you acknowledge that payments made are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By using our Facebook Page,, Website, and Content, you agree that all sales are final.

Additionally, as this no-refund policy is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which you agreed to before completing your purchase, we do not accept or tolerate chargeback threats or actual chargebacks through your credit card provider. If a chargeback is initiated or threatened, we reserve the right to report the matter to credit reporting agencies or include it in chargeback databases. Such reporting may negatively impact your credit score and will include details such as your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address.

To resolve any issues and be removed from a chargeback database, individuals must remit payment for the full chargeback amount.
